Meet Our Staff:
Mark is a CPA with over twenty years of experience in the accounting profession, including both public and private practice. Mark holds a BBA from the University of Miami, and is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), as well as the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. He has also earned his Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation. He serves as a board member on the Hilton Head Island / Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Minority Business Council. Mark's extensive experience also includes serving as the corporate controller for a multinational corporation where he was responsible for monthly reviews, budgeting, forecasting, external audits, process review, technology conversion and the management of seven national accounting centers. His public accounting experience includes tax and small business consulting, entity structure, litigation support, advisory and due diligence. Mark is qualified to provide interim CFO services and assistance in hiring accouting personnel.
Pamela June: CPA, Partner Pamela is a SC certified CPA holding both a BBA (finance) and MBA (accounting) from the University of Miami. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Pamela brings to the firm twelve years of experience from KPMG providing professional services such as audits, mergers and acquisition services for SEC registrants and private equity firms in a variety of industries including consumer markets, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, technology and not-for-profit entities. Pamela also spent one year as Director of Finance for a publicly traded internet company. Other experience includes: pilot tester for AICPA professional development courses, committee member of KPMG National Learning and Development Committee and instructor of KPMG national learning and development courses.
Amy Cavanaugh: CPA Amy has fifteen years of experience in the accouting industry. She graduated with a Master of Accouting degree from the University of Florida. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Atlanta and Washington DC offices where she provided tax consulting services to high net worth individuals and start-up businesses. After moving to Hilton Head Island in 2001, Amy worked for a large regional accouting firm for six years before joininig June and Associates in 2007. Amy provides audit, taxation and business consulting services to closely held business and individual clients.
Sarah All: CPA Sarah has been with the firm since 2003. In 2002, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from Clemson University, followed in 2003 by a Masters in Accountancy at Georgia Southern University. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of South Carolina and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the South Carolina State Society of CPAs. Her responsibilities include business and personal income tax preparation and financial statement attestation services. She also assists clients with IRS and other tax agency examinations. Sarah is a native of Beaufort County.
Lisa Mitchell: Bookkeeper As a Quickbooks ProAdvisor, Lisa understands the challenges small businesses face with accouting questions, payroll and bookkeeping. Lisa has been with the firm for sixteen years and has extensive experience in payroll, bookkeeping and Quickbooks consulting.
Sandra S. Davidson: Bookkeeper Sandy worked for sixteen years as an Accounts Receivable bookkeeper at Lehigh Country Club in Allentow, PA and six years at Lewistown Country Club outside of State College, PA. After relocating to Hilton Head Island, she assumed the position of full-time bookkeeper for our firm and has been in this position for the last nine years. Sandy assists clients with bookkeeping, payroll, QuickBooks and QuickBooks training.
Lisa Bryant: Operations Lisa joined the firm in 2009. Prior she served as a partner in a property management firm, spent three years with the Hobart West Group and Esquire Solutions serving as Vice President of Operations, two years with TradeSource as Senior Director of Strategic Operations, and eight with the Olsten Corporation in varying management capacities. Lisa holds a degree in business marketing from James Madison University in Virginia.
Jackie Keable: Administration Jackie servies as Administrative Assistant for June and Associates. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for a financial advisory firm providing fundamental support in all phases of client service and account maintenance. Originally from Kettering, Ohio, Jackie lives on Hilton Head Island with her husband.
